Simon, Chris and Reggie joined London Frontrunners LGBT+ sports club for a Saturday morning run in Victoria Park.
Everyone ran a leisurely 5k lap of the park, and finished up at the Pavillion Cafe for coffee and snacks in the sunshine.
Goodgym have agreed to help out a the Frontrunners race meeting in September, the Pride Run 10k, you can read more here
