As the sunset we made our way to Old Alleynian's Rugby Club in Dulwich and made it just in time for a beautiful golden hour.

Ian had prepared a rugby themed fitness session for us that kept the hear rate up before we were able to help out clearing the side of the pitch that will allow water to drain and for players to continue to enjoy the facility.

We were rewarded with some oranges and a bag of gold coins that we celebrated at the end of our run!
