This week 3 runners took on the Around the world - in 7 Days Challenge.

By running to as many roads / shops / businesses that take their name from foreign travel, we could for a moment imagine we were globe trotting to all corners of the world!

Emily took in many sights on her run along the Thames.. amoung them she passed ASK (Italian), HMS Belfast, Victoria Embankment (Australia) and New York City (a man wearing an NYC cap!).

Over in Norwich, Ian managed to find a host of internationally named restaurants, hairdressers, pubs & take away businesses. Taking him to almost every continent via the Belgian Monk (pub), Thai Street (take away), Iceland (supermarket), Revolution de Cuba (cocktail bar) and the Sahara (cafe)!

And finally Girija trumped the lot, by running to Parliament Square where there are over 50 flags representing the member countries of the Commonwealth. Definitely worth a visit, and some lively photos too!

Well done everyone. Here's to the next challenge - whats-is-name?!
