With the majority of our runners either at Monsal or the Running Festival Weekend or enjoying the various treats of the Outdoor Weekender we were a little lower on numbers than usual, but we assembled a crack unit of 5 and headed out from the Showroom past the media frenzy out up the hills to Gleadless Valley.

We were waved at and met by the very friendly, enigmatic and highly organised James Starkey of Time Builders who told us all about what the charity is all about and how they are trying to raise awareness of all the great skills, workshops and opportunities the local people of Gleadless could get involved with if they new how and where.

Enter Good Gym....

James handed us each a stack of promo flyers explaining all to local residents along with a map that each of us would use to target certain sections in the area.

We got to it quick smart and quickly got all of them delivered pronto!

We rendezvoused at the agreed meeting point and headed back down the hills of Sheffield back to the Showroom in time for lunch and screen showings at Sheffield Adventure Film Festival.

It was a corker of a day and a decent run with some nice... climbing in there.

Until next time, happy running! :)
