My 9th visit to Mrs. M in the hospital today. Hard to believe it’s been this long since she fell and was taken in.

Took me a while to get to her as she’d been moved to a different ward (again). Sadly there is not much change in her medical condition, which continues downhill.

First things first, I changed her hearing-aid battery which made conversation possible. She was chatty enough, bless her!

It’s rather awful to see she’s losing the will to carry on but I guess it’s understandable. Maybe the new week will see her moved to a care home. That might make her feel better. Fingers crossed.
