A dry and very cold day, got there 2mins late. Ms L was happy to see me and made sure I was comfortable. We had a quick chat and soon set off to se up her brand new Fitbit. We read the Manuel and downloaded app, soon we just followed the YouTube video and I made sure Ms L had the hands on practice while we were doing it. All went very smoothly and we set up everything she was hoping for in 40mins. We had a long chat about fitness , walk, yoga and meditation. Ms L was grateful the help and was hoping for a quick walk in the afternoon so it will be her first exercise wit the Fitbit. A happy day for her.
