Today it was Ellie, Sarah and Mel at Naomi House, and after meeting Eve, the new Assistant Manager, we got stuck into our usual task at the moment of hanging clothes to get out on to the shop floor. Today it was a bag of kid's clothes and ladies spring summer wear. With everything still a £1 and the weather getting warmer, there has been an even greater demand for seasonal wear and the shop has been smashing budget targets, so there's a need to keep all areas well stocked. Talking of hitting targets, Eve set us a challenge today to empty the boxed pen where the bags are kept. GoodGym loves a challenge, so determined to rise to that challenge, we turned up the speed and absolutely 'smashed it', emptying around 8 bags and seeing, for the first time, the tiled flooring, normally out of sight. Adding a further challenge to the mix, Wilson and Ellie between them emptied the basket of sizing buttons filled up from sales at the tills. Eve called us the "dream team" , a title we were happy to accept on behalf of the whole GoodGym Community. Thanks to Ellie for the great pun for this report. Time went even quicker than usual today, and we were soon off to enjoy the beautiful weather. Wonder what the challenge will be for GoodGym next week.......
