2 GoodGymers increased the form and fitness big time!
A very technical session this week! Really knuckling down into running form and efficiency to find some more speed and take the impact off of the body to help us stay injury free!
60 minutes of really concentrated running action saw us make big strides forward!
Practice makes perfect and with a little consistent form training these improvements will become automatic!
