Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Alan Armstrong
I arrived today to find Mr G finally getting round to an extensive clearout of his wardrobe. Not a straightforward task though, as he was having the inevitable angst about what to keep, what to send to charity shops and what (amongst several very stylish items) to try to sell online. All that whilst being distracted by important questions such as how to reimagine coat hanger design.
The shop was lighter than usual as despite recent Government advice, we decided that Mr G already had enough tins of beans and potatoes to last quite a while. In a sign of the changing of seasons, the bags of sprouts in the supermarket had got bigger.
Arriving back at his flat, I confessed that I’d had to buy an alternative chicken product to his usual. “You’re like a Golden Retriever trying to please me”, laughed Mr G - “don’t worry, I’ll eat whatever you fetch me!”
