Ruth and David met in sunny Newham to help Ms A in her cosy home. We were welcomed and set about our task whilst chatting with Ms A about life, running, public infrastructure, insulation, holidays, fruit, glazing and a few other issues.

It was great to be able to help someone to be happier in their own home. With our job complete we bid our farewells and made our respective ways off across town.
