Nigel joined 6 members of the springboard team on a sunny 🌞 morning at the springboard "zen garden " First on the list was watering the greenhouses and pots. Followed by Weeding, planting seeds into pots, and picking a variety of tomatoes 🍅 courgette and cucumbers 🥒 😋 we also picked from the blueberry bushes, although small, they were delicious 😋 we also tried some sweet potato leaves 🍃 😋 lovely in salads to add a peppery flavour. We had a well deserved drink, chocolate brownies, biscuits and some paneer toasties, as well as a good chat to end the session... we also met a very thirsty dinosaur 🦕...
