A first time shop for friendly Mr A, and for the first time ever, a helpful sketch added to his list to ensure I got the right Blue cheese! Once we'd completed the list, including his favourite conference pears, I set off to his shop of choice, which was his local Sainsbury's just a few minutes away.

When I got back with his items, Mr A asked if I could do him a quick favour and pop into his nearby medical centre to confirm when his next appointment was, as he'd forgotten and couldn't reach them on the phone. This proved an easy task, and I was soon back to let him know the time and date. Mr A was extremely grateful for both parts of today's little challenge,
