Elizabeth, Hayley, Ian and Kathryn all met at Bowthorpe Community Gardens this sunny Monday morning.

Elizabeth and Hayley weeded the flowerbeds ready for new soil to be added on top.

Kathryn pulled out weeds giving space and light for the flowers.

Ian painted the garden arch with creosote.

The garden is filled with flowers, herbs, butterflies and insects and such a relaxing space for anyone to enjoy.

By the end of the hour all jobs were jobbed with the community group members all really grateful for our time and keen for us to come back.

We had a lovely Tangerine whilst chatting and then headed off home.
