There was no time to stop and chat with a previous Little Stoke parkrun regular as we crossed running paths today - I was on a mission to a mission in Yate!

Big thanks to Mr P and his wife for giving me an opportunity to do a decent run on a different route this Sunday and for letting me loose in his back garden for a bit of weeding and a general tidy up, which hopefully makes it safer and less stressful for them. ☺️
