Spent a bright Sunday morning volunteering as the tail walker at Florence Park junior parkrun. 75 children completed the 2 km course for event #202.
Managed to get a run in before and after, and caught up with lots of old friends from when I was RD there when I lived in Oxford. Was great to catch up and to see the enthusiasm from the kids!
