6 Westminster GoodGymers ran 5k (then walked another 3!!) to deliver 300 leaflets for Open Age Charity to promote their upcoming Senior Table Tennis club in the newly refurbished Greenhouse Centre.

Venturing into a new part of Westminster this week! We headed North West to Marylebone to deliver 300 leaflets to help promote a community table tennis club for Westminster’s seniors!

A solid 2.5k run there before we power walked our way around finding as many doors with a letter box, 2 letter boxes or occasionally no letter boxes to deliver to. Post through and sliding under we managed to deliver at a solid rate to houses, flats, community centres and local convince shops.

With the Bat & Chat sessions well promoted and talked about around Marylebone we headed back at a faster pace working up a sweat in the warm October air. Too hot to stretch inside so we looked after our muscles on the very quite Oxford Street.

Hope to see you all next week when we visit One Big Family Homeless Charity to make sandwiches and get there food ready for the Homeless people if Victoria.

Smooth Running
