Perfect autumnal weather for running and Goodgym tonight but for me just a short walk to tonight’s task at the end of my road!

Wavertree is a nursing home with a large garden which a couple of staff members have decided to tackle and tidy up. They’ve cut back a huge amount of vegetation and our main task tonight was to bag up this waste so it can be taken to the green waste section at the recycling centre.

We welcomed Olivia for her first Goodgym experience and Jo (sister of Katharine) who’s experienced the joys of Tower Hamlets Goodgym. And it was great to see Rosie ‘taking the black’ for the first time after recently completing her 50th good deed.

We filled bags of bags with garden waste, swept up loads of leaves from the paths and dug over a bed, leaving the garden looking much tiidier.
