Olivia, Martin and James met up at a safe social distance in Tower Hamlets today to help LinkAge Plus by delivering food parcels to older residents in the area.

Firstly, congrats to Olivia on completing her first ever GoodGym good deed! Hope to see you again at future GoodGym tasks.

On to the mission. The food parcels had been sorted by location so after a brief planning session via Google Maps we split up to cover different areas. Olivia set out in the direction of Mile End, Martin headed for Limehouse and James got to know the streets of Wapping.

And despite a few cases of people not being home to receive their parcel, we each successfully delivered several food packages. And definitely got our own vitamin D fix.
