A visit to Mr J this afternoon to collect a large bag of medication that is no longer required which needed taking to Boots Pharmacy on Henleaze Road.

Whilst chatting to Mr J, I noticed a bag of rubbish and another bag of paper recycling and asked if those also needed disposing of.

So a quick visit to the communal bins was followed by a walk to the pharmacy before heading of for a nice run round The Downs.
