Goodgymmers - bright eyed and bushy tailed at 7.30am on a Saturday morning - joined the Brockley Society and lots of local volunteers to set up the Hilly Fields Summer Fayre. The early start was a definite bonus as the temperature rose quickly through the morning. Marquees and banners were erected, bins taken around for easy access during the day, and lots more little tasks that - when put together over several hours - meant that the Fayre was ready to go! It was a really wonderful morning which was made thoroughly enjoyable by all the other enthusiastic volunteers from the local area.
