Ms H's main request this morning was for two bottles of a specific Olay moisturising fluid - for which she was able to give me a nearly empty bottle and direct me to her nearest Superdrug. Fortunately it was easily found on the shelves, and after a quick diversion to the world's politest supermarket next door to pick up a few other items on her list, I was soon back at her door with everything that she requested.
