Tracey and Gwyn from GoodGym Derby were on their way to a concert at the Royal Concert Hall. It didn't start until 11, so they volunteered at Forest Rec junior parkrun first, then joined the team for tea at Homemade Café. The tail walk was very fast, as was the prestissimo of the Waldstein Sonata!
