We were at Christ Church Moldgreen last night to remove a load of sticks from the churchyard. Following the removal of various small trees and shrubs by GoodGym last summer a large pile of sticks had been created. Our job last night was to break down and shift as many of these as we could into the brown garden waste bins.

Many hands make light work and fortunately we had six pairs to help. It was nice to welcome GoodGym first timers Maha El Nasser and Deni to the crew along with old timers Kati Law, Louise Galvin and David Bilton. Well done team, once again we proved we can get some great results when we stick at a task!

Church of England Church

We are a small Anglican Church, off the main roads of Huddersfield. We've just welcomed a new vicar in September but had a two year vacancy before that and it was hard for the congregation to keep up with tasks around the building. We'd really like some help tidying up the garden around the church - trimming shrubs and removing some, planting bulbs at the front of the church so it looks better next year, that sort of thing.
