Today 3 GoodGym runners went to help move some items so that Ms M would be one step closer to coming home from hospital.

Liz, Julia and I met outside the property where we caught up with each other, and Liz passed on a couple of fab gifts - a fox for Julia, and a head mounted whiteboard I can use to broadcast my thoughts to others (given the amount I've been forgetting words lately, highly valuable!).

We then headed up to Ms M's flat, where we met our contact from the British Red Cross, N, who provided access and that most sought after accessory on a GoodGym mission, a diagram!

With this, we quickly moved Ms M's belongings so that on discharge from hospital, she will be able to use her living room as a safe micro environment while she finishes recovering.

Thanks to Liz's keen sense for angles (honed on many a mission recently), Julia's experience of coordinating and supporting with discharges, and my ability to follow basic instructions, we had it sorted in a flash and now Ms M is that much closer to being safe back at home.

Special shout out to Julia, for whom this was mission #1 (and she's been instrumental in loads of others), and Liz who has done 69 missions already since joining GoodGym early last year!
