Two Goodgymmers, Keith and Lea, cycled 4 miles to the AECC university college in Boscombe. There Roger, a non Goodgymmer, joined us. We met Anne Hayden from Planet Doctors there and quickly got down to the task: garden beds that had been placed there on an earlier occasion now had to be sanded to take the rough edges off. Then they were treated with ecological water based wood preserver. All in all we gave 14 beds this treatment. Luckily we were in the shade most of the time in the garden of this beautiful building dating back to 1888. And…. It was Lea’s 50th good deed with Goodgym.
