We have been reunited with our friends at St Peter's Church and they had asked if we could do a litter-pick of their grounds. It's been a while since we have visited and it was still as lovely as ever, even in the dark! Eleanor, Daryl and Caprice met for a little Group Run to the task and they bumped into Paul who was already hard at work with his own bag and picker! Paul loves a litter-pick session! It's was dark so head torches at the ready. Tonight's treasures consisted of mostly, cans and bottles, nothing new there but randomly Eleanor did find a bag of books! After filling two big bags the gang called it

What another great night at Abbeyfield Retirement Home. This time we were lucky enough to be invited to Christmas Curry night. We were even spoiled with a cheeky drink (or two!!) We welcomed newbies Chloe and James, it was great meeting you guys and we hope that you will join us again on another Group Run. We were also joined by Sam a Bournemouth University Student who came to film the evening and it certainly added to the madness!! Before the quiz, GoodGymers Daryl and Katie helped draw the Raffle with some great prizes up for grabs. After the raffle it was a full house for the quiz with quizmaster Daryl putting us through our paces. Some tricky christmas trivia but snatching the title was The Loose Women. Well done to them, the brainy festive bunch! It was such a great turn out tonight, thanks to Katie and Eleanor for taking some good action shots. See you next week for our monthly session to help at Hope Housing.
