Little more than anticipated pre Tarpley 20 but mins-timed the run to Catton for Kyra's 250th Parkrun then run back to 8.5 and walked rest, no Grapes for me pre T20. I want Manchester to be over asap

Manchester Milin' with Lucy. Longest I've ever run, furthest I've ever run and I felt very comfortable at that pace... Big questions are a. Can I find the extra 9 miles and b. Can I do it with the pace notched up
Final run of the month, 125 miles hit, I'd never even clocked a 100 in a month before. Happy with pace of that one too considering I despise running on my own! I need to try running desired marathon pace in Feb though. 2 days off and we go again!
