Eliza Taswell-Fryer has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Eliza is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Tonight at GoodGym there was hope in the air about the world cup semi-final....
Before the disappointment of the England game though, we had a great session at Meanwood Valley Farm where we weeded four different areas. Andy, the Head Grower always says what an impact we make in such a short time. These summer sessions have such a great vibe & everyone was on top form.
