Alice has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, Alice has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations Alice.

Congratulations Alice! If we assume that you have done about the same number of Saturdays as Tuesdays then you are averaging 1.75 hours of good for each deed. Multiply that up by 100 and you have worked 175 hours for others. That's an entire week of weeding, can sorting, card bed making, painting ... Well done :)
