This morning, three of us met for Park run on Woodhouse Moor. It was rainy, I was late & Jason was running the wrong way but we got up & did it!

This morning Helen and I met to do Woodhouse Moor park run. Helen kindly ran with me, even though she's much faster than me & we finished in 31 minutes 40 seconds, around 3 minutes faster than when I do it alone. Thanks for your support Helen! A nice coffee & cake was waiting for us at the end :)
