To engage, empower and build confidence in young women aged 14-24 who are or are at risk of not being in education, employment or training (NEET) by providing work experience, emotional support and self-development opportunities.
We support young women at risk of being NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) through a combination of support and work experience. We did some research in 2015 that showed that there were nearly double the number of NEET young women compared to young men, and Kate (our founder) wanted to ensure that young women had a safe, female-only space to engage, empower and build confidence in these young women. This supported work experience is at various catered/ hospitality events, where we typically serve afternoon tea on our vintage china. These events allow us to support young women in getting valuable work experience, as well as develop crucial employable skills such as team work, serving and communication.Upcoming sessions
