Today I visited our good friends at the YMCA to talk all things running and DIY. A great collaboration session about how we can support one another this year - starting with the Great West Run in May!

Today we were back showing off our group at the annual Volunteer Fayre. This year was the biggest event yet, over 60 organisations present!

It was an amazing day, 850 members of the public came to see the amazing work going on to make our local community a better place. It was also lovely to see so many of our task owners there too, who were signing our praises!

Today we were at the Volunteer Fayre in Exeter Cathedral, to showcase what GoodGym is all about and build new relationships.

With over 700 people attending today we were a popular stand - lots of the public wanting to know how to get involved.

What was extra lovely about today was that so many of the partners we've supported over the years were there as well, it was great to say hello to them.

Today, Lucy and I were thrilled to be part of Exeter Connect's Volunteer Fayre - the largest gathering of its kind in Exeter. With over 20 organisations showcasing their work and opportunities, it was wonderful to fly the GoodGym flag.

It turns out we're quite well-known! Lots of people coming to our table saying they've seen the red shirts around the city, or heard great things from the organisations we've helped (our table ti was next to the YMCA's who were signing our praises for the St Sidwell work we did). We had lots of interest about new sign-ups, 2 new members already, lets see how the momentum builds!
