Tonight was a night for leafleting and upsetting local dogs. We started with a 3km run before helping Alphington Community Builders spread the eord about the support they provide. We also came across a nice bit of history on the way.

Tonight 3 GoodGymers met up in Alphington to leaflet for the local community builders - promoting the wonderful groups and support they offer to the local area. So many of the local cats out this evening!

We all ran to the task and then had a nice run back via the park. Such a lovely run in the sunset!

It was so nice we forgot to take a picture! So here is my cat Luna, its her birthday today! See you next week!

Tonight, Jo and I started spreading the news about the wonderful services on offer with Alphington Community Builders.

Jo made a new feline friend along the way, and I hit peak goodgym-ness when I commented how nice the letter boxes were haha. With it nearly being Easter, we were treated to lots of homemade Easter Wreaths on the doors too.
