The Great Get Together

Bringing the late Jo Cox's message to life, The Great Get Together kicks off on the 24th of June for three days. The event, open for all to plan, invite and join in, is the opportunity to for us as a nation to create meaningful events where we can celebrate what we share in common.

The Great Get Together, created by The Jo Cox Foundation, takes place every year on the weekend closest to Jo's birthday. Inspired by her legacy, the nationwide events are about bringing different people together to celebrate what unites us and bridge divides in our communities.

Just because our great reasons for meeting don't always look like a tea party or a summer fair, doesn't mean we don't have a great time getting together!

So let's keep the GoodGym spirit going and why not sign up to a session that weekend for an even bigger cause? (Although if you fancy a task-free weekend, Derby has a picnic planned!)
