Tonight 10 GoodGymer's headed to 35th Sea Scouts in Mousehold.

The original plan had been to spray paint tyres that would be used as planters. But with rain falling heavily during the day we decided to focus on the outdoor grounds instead.

The sun came out as we looked out over one of the best views of the city below us. The team spread out to pull up bracken that had sprung up amoungst the wild flowers and fennel. In an hour we had filled 15 bags and left them underneath the sheltered storage area.

It was great to be back here, and we hope to return when the venue is next available.

15 young people chasing round the park today, enjoying the good weather. Goodgymer Stephen & I were on marshal points 3 & 4 at the bottom of the hill so were quite close & in view of the trains so plenty of waving to those travelling to London. us volunteers were treated to goodies today supplied by the Core team. tea,coffee, juice and pastries as a thank you for our volunteering each week. we don't need a thank you we all enjoy it, but it was much appreciated all the sane, thank you. 8 young ones attended including 2 new to juniors. well done all. Liz K volunteered at Eaton where 124 juniors attended.

11 hardy juniors on a blistering morning, ran/walked 2k. very well done. Norwich juniors had GG Liz Kerr volunteering today for their run attracting 202 juniors, and Emily & Brad were at Waterloo Park Juniors well done everyone
