4 runners (well, 3 runners and a hobbler) went on a litter pick across the city centre and had a good old chat along the way.

Our second task of the evening was a litter pick on the way back from our first task. The 4 of us filled the bag pretty fast, but it means the city is a slightly cleaner place!

Tonight, our first task of the evening was to pop down to the Secret Garden and help with clearing the pathways and cutting overhanging branches.

4 runners started the evening with a run round the block and then a litter pick of the city streets. We filled a couple of bags with rubbish, including a comb (someone's going to have trouble with their Barnet tomorrow!). It was great to catch up and have a natter on the way round.

This week were back at Belle Isle park clearing more bamboo. The local community were also there too, with 10 of us in total help in the park.

The sun stayed out and we even had a nice sunset to look at whilst running back.
