Laura is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Laura completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Laura was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
Tonight we warmly welcomed Laura for her first goodgym experience and saw Katharine sporting her black 50th T-shirt for the first time!
Manor paddock is a seniors’ housing scheme with a stunning garden lovingly cared for by Luc. Luc’s jobs for us tonight included cutting suckers off an Elm tree stump, pruning some buddleia, weeding a path, and trimming a lavender bush.
Luke was very grateful for the help and we hope to be back for another visit in spring.
Manor Paddock is a council run senior's accommodation in East Brighton. They have a charming garden, lovingly maintained by resident Luc and others but there's plenty to do to keep on top of things so they are looking forward to Goodgym helping them out.
