Laura completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Laura was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
Laura is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
On a dark, wet, winters evening at 6.30pm (or thereabouts!), we all set off from our local areas to plog the night away in substitute place of a group run in Barnsley.
Either running solo or in pairs we all managed to clear a substantial amount of rubbish from our own respective localities up and down the country!
In place of our old group run time, 1830 Wednesdays (was that when it was?), go out for a solo run in your local area, wherever that may be, and pick up some rubbish on your way. Safe in the knowledge that others will be doing the same, concurrently, somewhere else. Together but apart. Why not put Strava on too?
