Judith Simmonds earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Judith completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Judith was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Judith has done their first race with GoodGym. Performing on the day is a lot of pressure; Judith's dealt with the nerves and turned up on the day to make it happen.

18 GoodGym Coventry runners headed to the Foleshill Community Centre to paint again. Having started this task last week, we were this time greeted by Faye who helped us get straight on with the task in hand, painting shelving and walls.
Samosas again were proveded for sustainance and were very well received as again we had completed our fitness session of hills on the way to the task. Saul stormed to the front of the hill reps and the rest of the group powered on up the hills.
It was another great evening, everyone chatted, ran and painted- thanks team. See you next week. Liz x

This evening, 10 GoodGym runners and a walker welcomed Muntasir on his first run with GoodGym Coventry.
The run was one of our longest for a while but allowed us chance to chat and catch up with recent going-ons as we made our way through the busy streets to the 'Carriers of Hope' Warehouse where we met the lovely and sparkly Emma. We also met Jackie who was walking to the venue.
As Christmas is approaching, we helped sort some donations to their new locations in the warehouse. Many Moses Baskets were moved along with bedding, mattresses and crates ready for the Christmas prep.
On our way back to Drapers, we took part in some Fartlek- Speedplay reps to keep our legs practising moving faster especially as they were a little tired.
All in all a good evening's work. See you all next week, Liz x
