Tracey and Gwyn took part in the first event of the Derby Midweek Race Series organised by David Denton and his dedicated team of volunteers. It was great to be running with them again after a long break. The runs begin and end at the cricket club; our race numbers would be have been good cricket scores to have!

Tracey ran both the 1 mile and the 5k races, whilst Gwyn sensibly saved his energy for the 5k, encouraging the runners during the mile race.
