YMCA 10k

This morning GoodGym teamed up with the YMCA to run the Great West Run 10k. We provided back-marker support to the young runners, who for most of them being their first ever race and first ever 10k.

A thrilling race, and in blazing sun! I'm exceptionally proud of all the YMCA runners, all of them setting a great time and their smiles at end were priceless.
