Wonder water you'll make of this contraption?

The Friends of Cator Park and Alexandra Recreation Ground have regular gardening sessions most Saturday mornings where they look after the parks for use by the general public. They're always appreciative of help from GoodGymers, and this morning I took a turn to pitch in and help out.

First of all Millie asked me to help with some litter picking on the green by Alexandra Road, which is very satisfying when you've filled up a bag. After that, we reunited and set about watering saplings at the other end of the Ground, using a setup that her husband devised to carry water by wheelbarrow! Driving with a heavy load is tricky, but I delivered both runs to the trees with no loss and I bet they enjoyed the drink :D

Nice one Steve - Water wheelbarrowing sounds precarious!
