Mission

Whose bright idea was it to run in the wind?!

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Norwich.

Mr J lives just down the road from me, so I was happy to go and help him change the light bulbs in his living room and kitchen - even though I was pretty much blown there on my run!

Mr J told me the lights went off when he was writing Christmas cards, so I hope he can finish writing them now.

It just so happens that Mr J is my former next door neighbour so we had a lovely chance to catch up. We spoke about all sorts - from politics to literature to our old neighbours! He and his wife were artists and his house is full of incredible artwork - it's always a pleasure to go and see him and see what he's working on at the moment.
