Mission

Whitton wilderness

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Richmond.

Jane and Alice cycled their respective reasonable distance journeys to find a little wilderness in the middle of Whitton, aka Mrs R's front and back garden!

We think she's probably had no help all summer with it so we started on this savannah (as the grass was nearly up to our waists) but think it will either take a few missions or need several runners to complete it.

We used the strimmer to cut the worst of the front garden, followed by a mow but due to recent wet weather the mower kept clogging so we could only get half of the lawn done. We also managed to complete some pruning of bushes.

We would both love to return and finish off this job.

Great job on the mission! I'm sure Mrs R would love to have you back to finish up!
