5 awesome GoodGym folk turned up for a sweet evening of cleaning walls with sugar soap at Brixton Road Youth & Community Centre.

We met Sharron who gave us our tools and we got to work on some pretty grubby walls - much elbow grease required. Not a good place for an arachnophobe... we gave a lot of spiders a good reason to get some exercise as we got into all the nooks and crannies.

Sharron gave us quite the education in the local area, giving us the lowdown on how everywhere has changed and how the community centre has been used over the years.

We were cleaning the room for an incoming Youth worker who's making BRYCC his base from September. These things are nice to know! 😊

Anyway, after an hour and actually making quite a big difference, we laid down our sponges, poured the dirty water over some plants and hit the road.

Nice one team! 🔥
