Last night 5 members from GoodGym Croydon, met with Andrea from the Joan Pick memorial bed project (ECCO) to continue the work we had started on the flower bed getting it ready for next weeks events.

Under the guidance of Andrea we weaved and planted willow borders behind the plants we had planted on our previous visit the week before.

We also has a visit form visit from Nicola's friend Janet and her dog Freddie, they brought us some flapjacks which were amazing. Nicola have been telling Janet about the work we have been doing along the Boulevard and she wanted to come and say thank you personally for all we have done alongside ECCO, in tending to the beds.

As it was last Tuesday of the month, we were all looking forward to our monthly drinks and nibbles. This week we headed to the Porter and Sorter, where we were entertained by a group of people who was either at a leaving do or retirement party.

Next week we'll be doing a bit of a longer run as we are heading over to St Augustine's to do some work with Sue, sign up here. Remember you do not have to run both ways or even run as it is a bit longer than our lats few months run. Looking forward to seeing you there.
