5 GoodGymers made their way 3.0km to help the St Matthews Community Hall in Trafford.

*We’re fir-ever gluing baubles *
The festive period started early for Goodgym Trafford this week as we helped St Matthews Hall get ready for their upcoming events by decorating their foyer.
Armed with our trusty glue gun we repaired the fir garlands, decorated the doors and had a big light switch on!
While our glue was drying we popped off round the block to get some fitness in too.
