We drew a plank!

Doesn't it feel great once you finished Monday Funday?! no more sweat, no more 'feeling the burn', no more 'you're almost there'! until next week that is:)
Everyone showed up on time and jack-jumped straight into it! The theme of tonight's session was BALANCE and we did a lot of planking and core work, which was punishing to say the least! We also did balancing exercises such as one leg dead-lift and curtsy lunges to strengthen our sense of balance.
Now, what next week's theme should be?! answers on a postcard please:)
