Bristol

Mission

We couldn't just standby in a remote location so we tuned in, channelled some good thoughts and plugged away till we to-telly got the job done.

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.

A drop in temperature this morning but nice and sunny which made for a nice explorative run with Ady to Sea Mills and back. Yes, we got a little bit lost but that's part of the fun and discovering new streets and trails is an added bonus!

A fairly straightforward and non-strenuous mission as we arrived at Mr D's and tuned in his TV and moved it upstairs for him. As he is largely bed bound this would give him some much needed entertainment and by the time we were done he was looking forward to an afternoon watching the horse racing.

Big thanks to Ady who not only took me on a scenic route (and not too steep) back but also came up with a barrage of puns which made quite a nice combination - it was great to catch up on running and training plans over a coffee too! Cheers Ady!
