It was a busy day off work - breakfast at Blighty's, a walk in Finsbury Park, a cycle round Woodberry Wetlands, a visit to the vegan Spread Eagle pub in Homerton and a film ('Rocks') at Castle Cinema.

However Good Gym still had to be a part of my day, and I found time to perform our twice-weekly task: watering the plants at Canonbury station which have been provided by the Energy Garden charity.
